Named by my sister, who had a toothbrush in her mouth at the time. She said 'glimmer' but I heard 'bloomer'. So Bloomer it is.

This was a sketch I did a while back, painted today. The painting part took about the time it took to watch "Aladdin", so about an hour and a half. I wanted to do something with super bright colours/lighting. I guess I achieved that objective
